2013 Spring Break International Study
Program Provisional Itinerary
Updated: March 5, 2013
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS: Make sure you bring your
passport, > information available at http://travel.state.gov/ < , ATM card, and student ID. Keep a photo copy of your passport and
credit cards in a separate location from the originals. Remember to pack light (remember, you
will carry your bags a long way
in the cities in Europe); your one checked bag (plus small carry on back back bag) is to be between 45- 60 inches (width + length + height) 35 pounds
max !!! You are responsible for complying with TSA travel
requirements at the time of travel (http://www.tsa.gov/). Please look at
this often as it changes. Always be on time. Carry a copy of this schedule with
you at all times. As with your travel in any big city, you are
advised not to go out alone, be with someone else from the group. Remember, you
need to be very flexible on this program. There will be a
lot of
experiences significantly different (
behavior,
governments,
foods, people,
words, languages,
etiquette, customs,
airline travel,
weather,
French language, etc) than you are
accustomed to at your home institution. As an additional point of consideration,
you might want to purchase some type of travel insurance for this program.
A couple we are aware of include the following:
Cultural
Insurance Services International CISI at 800-303-8120 or Travelex
Insurance Services at 1-800-228-9792 or
SquareMouth.com at 1 800 240 0369.
KEEP YOUR VALUABLES (PASSPORT, CREDIT CARDS, ATM CARD, MONEY)
SAFE;
Please read
