Catalog Description:Strategic business behavior especially in relation to
the external environment of business. Interdisciplinary and integrative
perspectives are emphasized using cases, projects and team teaching. (3
credit hours)
Prerequisites:
At least 12 graduate credit
hours.

To examine the rapidly changing environment
affecting business and the need for strategic planning. |

To present an integrative perspective of
strategic management and the principles and processes which
organizations use to improve performance. |
