10:45 Travel from Cape Girardeau to STL.  You must reserve your space in the van by December 2.  Van will depart from Dempster lot promptly at 11:00.

Meet at St Louis Airport (terminal 1) at 13:30.  Meeting spot will be near the escalators near the AA check-in.  Please wait to check-in until the Group Leaders (Drs. Gordon and Redmond) arrive.
